This is merely a misunderstanding. Nothing was done to violate any laws or try to mislead any homeowner.  Superior Home Improvement is a Authorized Contractor for Thermwise which is Dominion Energy.  Our callers, do not say that we are Dominion Energy, they say we are an allied partner...

authorized contractor which is correct.  We get the names of homeowners who have homes older than ten years and might have inefficient windows from a seller of lists that are available to anyone who wants to purchase these lists.  The lists contains the first and last names of the homeowners as well as other information.  The lists are scrubbed with the DNC but many times numbers fall off the list.  I tried to contact the homeowner by email to explain in detail but he decided to place a complaint with the Revdex.com without knowing the details and the facts. We would still like to explain the details to the homeowner and I know he would find that we didn’t do anything wrong.  We are compliant with all of the laws of the State and will always continue to provide homeowners with the best service possible.  Again, nothing was done to violate any laws or to mislead any homeowner this is just a misunderstanding, and quite frankly there should not be any complaint filed against Superior.

On 4/12/2017 [redacted] & [redacted] signed an Agreement to have an Energy Conservation program performed on their home.  The Agreement in which they signed is clear stating that they have three days to cancel the agreement.  Saturday, is in fact a rescission day in the State of Utah,...

and a business day for Superior Home Improvement, so the [redacted]'s had until midnight of 4/15/2017 to cancel the project.  Superior cannot change company policy for any one customer, it must be the same for everyone.  Superior is still willing to work with the [redacted]'s to resolve the dispute, we are looking forward to hearing from them.
