California Pines is summer rec. only. Plus we do not sell land or lots. The P. O. A. meets the requirements of the Non Profit Corporation for California. This person does not meet the CC&R`s of California Pines Property Owners Association. He has been turned in to the Modoc County for these violations.   [redacted]On-Site Administrator

I am rejecting this response because: I have paid my home owners association fees and cannot access my property due to hia not plowing our streets from snow. No one lives illegal on the property ,we like to do winter rec activities as opposed to only summer rec and are not able to due to poa not doing there job. There are many neighbors also complainong about their streets not being plowed also so we can sign a petition if needed.
