I was invited to a free dinner and sold a $29.oo exam. I do totally agree with every word from TruthSeeker and more. After the initial exam which was very brief, they diagnosed me with circulatory problems then the next day, when I was told to return for the results and to discuss the plan to follow I was shown a contract by which they wanted to charge me almost $10,000.00. Also, by now the diagnosis has been changed to "neuropathy". During the meeting, when I explained to the second "doctor" that I would not be able to pay that amount, he acted in a very rude manner and nearly threw my best friend and I out of his office.
They are not complying and do not want to give us any records of treatment so we can submit to our insurance for reimbursement we paid in full ***
My husband who is 87 and I, 84, went to Superior Health for treatment for my nephropathy and my husband for his knees. They told us we would have to pay in full and that the insurance would not cover it. We paid *** up front. I spoke with my insurance and they told me to get the procedure codes and copies of what was done. I went back to them and ask them for the information that the insurance wants and they told me that they do not do that and could not give me that information. Without the information my insurance will not cover any cost that was incurred or give me a partial reimbursement. They are refusing to submit anything to the insurance.
Send the claims to my insurance so I can get reimbursed.
No they have not contacted me. My issue is ongoing and very troublesome.

they only gave me the procedure codes for myself,
what about my husband. He also went for treatment. I need the procedure codes for his treatment also.
Hello, your husbands care was mostly a regenerative medicine injection which doesn't have ICD-10 coding and is not billable. We have attached the other codes that may apply along with the injection line that does not have a corresponding code.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
I went for free consultation. They Charged me *** with all documents, they wanted from me. Then I go to the location they completely move out with forwarding or telling me thier moving. I go there no business.
