I recently conducted business with Superior Green Turf and at first the experience seemed greatA representative went to my house and gave me a price to do my yardI agreed and set up a day for them to do the workThe day they showed up I was informed that I would have an extra charge for the planting of a tree which was already included with the price I had been providedI was also informed that there would be an extra 10% charge because I was going to pay with a credit card and not cash This was not mentioned in the beginning when doing the contractAfter some discussion, I decided to plant the tree myself and pay the cash in order to avoid more spending of money I had not planned for
Upon completing the work I asked the representative for a quote including all taxes and fees to finish another portion of my yard which was to have some concrete work done I was given a quote and told to call back in a few weeks to set a date A few weeks passed and I called to set the dateI was informed by the rep that they could not do the work because they had no one to lay cement anymore and that I should go look for someone on CraigslistI came to find out the representative lied to me about not having someone to do the concrete workThe working with concrete is one of the company's main part of the businessThe company does good work but is not up front with the hidden fees and customer service has turned out to be one of the worst I have had to deal withJust be aware of what you might be dealing with after they begin the work I attempted to resolve the situation or get an answer as to why the representative conducted himself the way he didThe situation was never resolvedThe customer service this company provides is of a zero satisfaction
