Review: I called superior gas in September to ask them to come to my home and install a gas shut off valve on my kitchen stove, they came out October 1st to do the work (the service man was at my home for less than 1 hour)and on the service order it stated 1 hour plus gas mileage but when I received the bill it stated 2 hours plus mileage. when I contacted the company they were less than willing to hear my side of the story and I was referred to the supervisor (ron) who is never available to speak to and I am told to call back. this past Wednesday-oct. 6 I called back and I was told the supervisor (ron) needed to talk to the driver about it and I needed to call back once again. so in short I am tired of getting the run a round with this company and all I am asking them is to be FAIR!!!Desired Settlement: for them to be fair and honest and adjust the bill
