The plumbing issue has re-surfaced and B&B Plumbing (the contractor) was sent out to inspect.  He made arrangements with Ms. [redacted] to come back in a week or so when Ms. [redacted] gets back home to investigate further and repair the problem.  The cleaning company did chip the paint on Ms. [redacted] front door and that was touched up.  The microwave and range top were replaced do to being scratched or chipped.  The vinyl floor in the kitchen appears to be scuffed or heated with hot liquid.  The flooring company that the flooring was purchased from CDI (the supplier) came out to inspect and could not find an issue with the flooring.  There is nothing left to fix, except the sewer line that is scheduled to be repaired later this month.[redacted], PresidentCENCAL PACIFIC
