Superior Exteriors and Interiors

Our roof suffered hail damage during a bad storm in July 2012. Superior Exteriors came to our home, evaluated the roof, and confirmed hail damage to the shingles. Their staff worked directly with our home insurance company by providing an inspection report and cost estimate for replacing the shingles and gutters. In less than a week, the entire process with the insurance company was complete and we were approved for a new roof and new gutters. This part of the process was pain-free and we very much appreciated the fact that Superior Exteriors was familiar with the claims process and helped make it very simple for us to navigate the paperwork. They did everything via email, which made it convenient for us to forward along key paperwork in minutes.

The removal of our former roof and installation of our new roof was also a smooth-running process. Superior Exteriors showed up to our house with a crew of hard-working individuals that removed our former roof in about 1/2 day and installed our new roof in about 1/2 day. The entire process took only one long day. They used high-quality materials and took the necessary steps to install a top-notch, superior roofing system. In addition, after they were finished installing the new roof the crew swept the exterior of our lawn with a metal detector and cleaned up any remaining items that might have fallen during the installation. They respected our home and left the property in the same condition that they found it.

I was referred to Superior Exteriors by the manufacturer of my roofing materials since my original installer was no longer operating in the area. I needed an evaluation/opinion on a possible leaking issue with my roof. The estimator promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment at MY convenience. He listened to my concerns, took his time to review the area in question and provided a written explanation with his opinion. Turns out there was no leak, so no work was needed. There are still honest contractors out there and this is definitely one of them.

Our subdivision had hail damage on August 2nd 2015. Contractors were everywhere. I chose 6 companies to get estimates.
Two were eliminated by bad reviews from neighbors. Two were storm chasers looking for a quick buck. One had no clue when they could start our house. One was airogant and quoted a cheap entry level product.
Then I saw a Superior Exterior sign. I called and I'm glad I did. Before anything was done, Sonny [redacted] presented his and his companys credentials. I needed a roof, gutters, siding and a garage door. Sonny went over every detail as to what to expect, cost, time line, insurance. He would handle it all. No other contractor did that. I didn't know what to do. I was impressed. My wife and I talked for two days and took a leap of faith. We went with Superior Exteriors and it was the best decision we made. Sonny did everything he said he would do. Within five days of signing the contract his crew was putting on a new roof. The next day the gutters went on. Two days later the garage door was replaced. It rained for two days and the next day the siding was being replaced, It took four days to do our siding and the crew worked from sun up to sun down and cleaned up each day. Sonny showed up each day to check in and his dad, Paul would show up to. His people were always respectful and listened to any question that I had. Our house is beautiful. Thanks Sonny.
