Review: 4/17 I purchased a [redacted] deal for SUPERIOR COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING- 3 hours. Voucher #[redacted] 1) they came 5/15, as scheduled. I had an appt for 2 pm. He showed at 430 (not the biggest deal but I wanted to include this). There should have been two men, but only one came.

2) At 710, he said he was done but there were still one more window and I would have to pay extra for it. I had to tell him that he didn't come until 430 and that he still had time to do the last window because my voucher wasn't over until 730. He agreed after I showed him in my phone when he started and then he did the last window (while on his cell phone making plans for the night).

3) There should have been two guys working on the windows but we only had one. Because of this, we only got the ground floor done. With two guys, we probably would have gotten most of the upstairs done as well.

4) A little while after we had our windows cleaned, I saw a mug shot for the young man who cleaned our windows, and he was arrested for stealing items at the [redacted]. I contacted the woman with whom I made all of the arrangements for our appointment:[redacted]. She was terribly sorry and said she would refund our money. She also said that he had been fired from the company. I never received the refund for $149. She also told me that he charged her for two workers even though we only had one worker come to our house. This Was one of the reasons he was fired; apparently he was doing this with many of the [redacted] customers. So essentially we paid for three hours of cleaning but we really only got an hour and a half because there were supposed to be two guys but we only had one guy.

I communicated with this woman via text message and I have all of the text messages if you would like me to take screenshots and send them to you.

I felt and still do feel upset about their dishonesty and the fact that she told me she would refund me but never did. I even contacted her again 12/19, and she never texted me back.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded $149 as promised by[redacted]. I have all text messages from her in which she says she will refund me the $149.
