I have sent him and his father an apology letter with the correct invoices explaining that we did have a computer glitch and
every customer got the same invoice and I included a new correct invoiceOn the matter of the damage caused during installation and on us not replacing some of the vents that were to be replaced we have someone that will be there by the end of the week to replace the roof ventsWe will have someone there at the beginning of next week to fix the damaged guttersIf there is anything else that needs to be fixed we would be more than happy to address that as well and get it fixedWe don't want anyone to be unhappy with our service and will do whatever we can to make this right for everyone involved
