Superior Building Supplies

On 11/25/2019 I contacted Superior Building Supplies after I reviewed there website. I was looking for a company to custom build 3 Gable End Accent trusses for my new home build. *** contacted me and we went over the details by phone. I wanted 3 flux (fake wood look) decorative trusses pre-fabricated custom. I sent over my architectural CAD details for them to review and quote. We agreed on a quote and I paid in full to start the fabrication process on December 3rd 2019. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to fabricate. Estimated Delivery Monday Jan 20th. I first noticed a problem when I called Monday Jan 20th. I emailed *** and called and left a voicemail. I still haven't had a return phone call from her. On Monday Jan 27th I received a phone call from the freight company to schedule a delivery. We scheduled it for Friday Jan 31st. I was out of town but I had my boyfriend sign for it. When I returned home Sat Feb 2, I saw the 2 small boxes in my garage. I was shocked! This had to have been a mistake. I opened the boxes and in the boxes was square foam wood look tubes cut in pieces. No directions on how to put them together, nothing. I emailed both Elissa and *** the owner of Superior Building supplies and called and left them both voicemails. I was hoping to get a call first thing on Monday morning Feb 3rd. I called and emailed again Monday, Tuesday and now Wednesday there is no longer a receptionist answering and I've tried everyone in the companies directory. I also tried sending a message on their facebook site. I feel like I've been ghosted or this company has gone out of business and I was lied to and scammed.
I'm out $2,425.69 and I have nothing but pieces of foam, I don't know how to construct because I have no directions. I want a full refund.
