Happy RV camper again Was able to get in and out in hours Called from Longmont to Colorado Springs to get same day service and they were the only ones that could accommodate us

We took our RV in on July 18th (a Monday) to repair our slide and service the generator One of the slide motors was not working When we took it in, we were still able to manually crank the slide in and out We were told by Joe that the repairs would be done that week so we could have it by the weekend for a trip we had planned I called on Tuesday and I didn't hear anything so my husband stopped by on Tuesday afternoon since he was close by Joe didn't seem very pleased that he stopped in He told my husband that he was still waiting to hear on the slide parts and didn't know anything but would call as soon as he heard I never got a call I called and left messages and got no return calls I finally got a hold of Joe on Thursday He told me he still didn't know anything on the slide because the slide arm nuts were broken, as well Servicing the generator was going to cost around $ He also said they obviously weren't going to have things fixed by the weekend for us

I had Superior Automotive work on my truck brake system and my wife's van transmission. They did a great job and we are very pleased. Every experience we have had with them has been great. Owner continues to amaze us with his compassion and understanding if what we need. High quality and detailed analysis of our problems on our vehicles have been addressed and resolved.
