I have been taking my cars to Superior Auto for over years now and have never had a complaintIf I have any questions, they are honestly answeredWomen don't always get the same treatment as men when it comes to cars, but *** is as ethical as they comeI have recommended him to everyone I know and they have always been pleased as wellI am always confident that what is getting fixed, actually needed to be fixed and his pricing is very fairI can't say enough good things about this business

MY BMW needed a new battery, and the dealer quoted me at $500 while [redacted] was at $320. After they installed the battery I got two warning lights on my dash ( Chassis Malfunction and 4x4). When asked about this [redacted] said his tech said "the lights where on when he brought the car in" ( which they weren't, I brought the car in with no service issues, just regular battery maintenance). So I called BMW and they said its normal for those lights to come on after a new battery, and just to drive it and they will reset themselves, so that wasn't an issue. The issue I had is that the tech lied about the lights, and made me question their honesty. Are they cheaper than a dealer ?.. yes. Do they have my best interest in mind... NO. This experience showed me that I will be going to the dealer for my future repairs and paying at premium, but that I will not be lied to and will be taken care of. Was not pleased with this past experience and sadly has lost my business due to it.

Called [redacted] the owner, unbelievably rude and argumentative and told me he doesn't like me accusing his guy of lying... only problem is he did lie and the Service Manager [redacted] called me and told me he lied by offering me a free oil change for my car... [redacted] confirmed he never even spoke to [redacted] or the Tech before or after writing that review... ignorance and stupidity seems to plague this company.
