*** *** The leak Mr*** is referring to is the drain pipe for the tub I have been under my house myself and the problem is due to the house being so unlevel it has pulled the pipe apart and once it is level it will easily go back together If it is fixed prior to the house being level then it will simply snap under the pressure of trying to go back to it's original position I will not except Mr***'s not handling the warranty due to a problem that is caused due to the house being unlevel This after all is what he does for a living So far I am out right at $fixing what was messed up when the property was leveled the times that Mr*** came out I am very displeased with everything about this I just want my home level Everyone I have spoke to about the job has said the exact same thing in regards to the leak under the tub " Why doesn't he just dig a hole and put something in it to support the jack ?" It seems like a good question to me the last time Mr*** was here as soon as I walked in I called him because I could already tell that it was not level and he suggested that the leak from the tub drain is throwing off the entire house off I find this impossible to believe He took my money to do a job I paid him the full amount he wanted He came out and did a very sub par work I have yet to be happy with what he has done to my house I want my house leveled properly or refund my money and I will find someone else to do the job He comes across as a very good person at first As soon as you have an issue it seems like there is something else that needs to be fixed before he can do the job now he wants to void the warranty he gave me because he did not do the work as agreed to

* *** *** ** a total of timesThe first time I went I leveled the home to the best of my ability and he was happy with the jobSince then he has called me back to check things but I could never get It all the way fixed due to a leak under the houseI informed him that I could do nothing If the leak was not fixedThe last time I was over there I attempted to raise a low area but due to the leak that was still present I could not ilft It without the Jack sinking In the mudI will not be going back to the home due to the lifetime warranty is voided with the leak that he has not fixedThank you, *** ***
