Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However I wish to clarify a few itemsAs far as Superior claiming that I failed to inform them that my vehicle was under an extended warranty, they knew this because the vehicle and subsequent warranty were purchased from them! Since they are the business that I purchased both the vehicle and warranty from obviously that would immediately come up on their computer as soon as my account was accessed! They deliberately did not inform me that the repairs were covered under warrantyIt is painfully obvious that had I accepted their treatment of me and NOT contacted you(Revdex.com), I would not be receiving this $check from the warranty companyAs of this writing(1/13/15) I have not received any checkAlso on 12/17/I did not contact Superior complaining of simply "front end noise"The vehicle COLLAPSED TO THE GROUND ON THE PASSENGER SIDE and was not drive-able! THAT is why they were forced to tow it from my home! Finally in regards to the supposed invoice of $905.07, I find it very interesting that their service manager(Tom)informed me that it was going to cost approx $for the repairs yet after receiving my complaint with you(Revdex.com)that cost miraculously dropped to $ I will not be taking my vehicle to Superior again so as soon as I receive the warranty check this matter will be resolved from my end Regards, [redacted]
We hired Joe *** (owner of Rize Properties) to build our home in Mount Prospect, IL Simply put, it was the most frustrating and unprofessional experience we've ever encountered Since we were building a home, we knew there would be issues that are out of our control and were realistic knowing that with any construction, there's always delays That's to be expected Joe and his team proved it could be worse than we could ever imagine Our home was not a custom built home It was a a build to suit, based upon a spec home he has built a few times Since he had built it several times before, we were reassured they had experience in building this home and anticipated it only taking 4-months We didn't truly expect it to be done that quickly, but we felt months was fair, based upon conversations with other builders and having seen family build new as well It ultimately took 1/months There were several points throughout the project where the home was simply not being worked on for weeks at a timeSometimes weeks straight, a couple of times 3-weeks straight Neighbors commented that it seemed like an abandoned project at times Communication was one of the most frustrating experiences Joe had a project manager that is out in the field to keep the project on track The two of them did not communicate, and as a result, were never on the same page They often made timeline commitments that were never met On three different occasions, we were given a 'completion date', which was also never met Organizational skills were poor, and this reflected in their inability to organize financials owed to sub contractors, which ultimately lead to liens being filed against us as the owners of the home Our basement flooded multiple times throughout the project and our backyard is a swamp that has yet to be resolved Additionally, we personally funded small parts of the project ourselves due to Rize Properties being incapable of keeping to a fair timeline to keep the project moving We agreed in terms to this and is documented Our home was completed in August 2016, and we closed out all construction loans.financials in October As of this review (12/30/2016), Rize has still not paid us for money owed I would not recommend working with this company to anyone and would express serious concerns for anyone considering buying a home being built by Rize Properties
