Superior Air Duct Cleaning

These guys are greatThey were on time clean quiet and did a great jobI was watching TV and didn't even know they were there..they protected the wall corners and put down floor protection I needed a new furnace filter and they even had one my size in their truckWill definitely call them again

Came to my house to do a Chimney Sweep and told me the outside of my chimney needed extensive work, paid him [redacted] he left my chimney a mess.I bought a voucher online from Amazon Local...I paid [redacted] for a chimney sweep...Superior Air Duct came to my house on [redacted] inspected my 2 inside fireplaces, he then went outside to check the chimney on my roof and told me I had cracks in and around the exposed bricks around the top of my chimney which needed mortar repair...he told he would fix for [redacted] said OK, gave him a check and went back to cutting my lawn, while occasionally watched him working on the roof...45 mins later I went inside the house to make a few telephone calls...when finished looked outside and his truck was gone...long story short I never went out to check the work that was done...a WEEK later, after a rainy day, my wife came home after walking the dogs and asked me "what happened to our chimney outside"...went outside to check, looked up, the chimney looked like someone had thrown a bucket of white paint all over it...couldn't believe it...after much chagrin called Amazon Local, told them what happened...they immediately refunded the [redacted] for the chimney sweep and told me they would call them, and for me to them call back in a few days...when I called [redacted] back they told me they spoke with Superior Air Duct and they would call me...well I never did hear back, and NEVER heard back after leaving 2 voicemails of my own...called Amazon again and they suggested I call the Revdex.com which I am finally doing.Desired SettlementCome back and finish the job or please refund my money

Work was was not performed completely, nor sufficient enough. Addt'l money was charged for addt'l work that was not performed. Company refuses refund.I purchased a [redacted] on [redacted] 2015 for [redacted] R [redacted] to perform vent cleaning as well as furnace check up in my home. They subcontracted the job to Superior Air Duct Cleaning (for whom this complaint is against) On [redacted] 2015 workers from Superior Air Duct Cleaning came to perform the job. [redacted] was the head worker, and also the one who took our [redacted] The workers did not remove any of my vent covers to clean inside. They never looked at my furnace either (which was part of the services included). We explained to them that we were questioning a smell that could potentially be mold in our vents. The worker advised us that he had some chemicals that he could spray through our vents that would take care of that problem. He said that it would be an additional [redacted] We paid him the [redacted] via personal check [redacted] dated [redacted] 2015. Still fearing there was mold in our vents, we had another vent company come to evaluate our vents. They removed the vent covers and we were horrified to see how dirty the inside of the vents still were. I contacted the company's owner and told him how the work was not performed correctly and that we wanted a refund. He told me that there was nothing that he could to refund our money because we had given it to his worker and not him. I would like the public to know that this company does not perform the jobs that they state they are going to, they employ dishonest workers, and also refuse to refund money to customers when work is not performed.Desired SettlementI would like a refund for the additional [redacted] charged for work not performed.
