Superior Adventure Center

I, *** *** (complaint ID ***), would like to ask how do I resolve and close out this complaint against Superior Adventure Center, Moberly, MO. I visited their shop today as I got a call last Friday 8/19/saying that the last issue with the boat was done. They did receive
your letter after the fact and we discussed the complaint and came to agree that they didn't have any control over the liability of the new remanufactured engine that went bad and they have now completed what they could to make it right by finding the addition problem with the knock in the engine and fixed for free. They found that it wasn't the actual engine (as my complaint stated) but was a bad spot in the Gimbal bearing drive shaft making the vibration and knocking noise and have fixed it now. They did start it up today and showed me it was running good.I would like to retract my complaint and see if you can send me confirmation of the resolution.Please advise and thank you for your help.*** ***
