HI,Sorry to hear this. All I tried to was to help him. Sometimes the fix works, sometimes it does not. Prior to reseting the tablet, I informed him that we might loose everything. He responded with a go ahead.What he did not tell you that he is a pawn shop owner and obtained
this tablet probably thru a questionable source. He asked me to try and reset the tablet so that the prior owners *** ** request would go away. He told me that he would not or could not contact the prior owner as they would not respond. Probably a bad deal he made with the prior owner.I refunded his money. So I don't understand why he's angry with me.Thank you.Troy S***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: He said he could fix it, he put it on prior to doing anything, me having a pawnshop has nothing to do with what I was discussing about repairing an [redacted], I told him that I had a pawnshop after the fact not before, only when he kept asking me to put in a password, which is why I took it to him to begin with, he even typed that on the receipt that I have. It was WORKING when I took it to him, I only wanted the I-cloud account removed and the passwords.  Now my [redacted] is not working at all, that is why I am MAD ! It does not work now. All he said was that he can't fix it now, after it is broken.  Is it blunt discrimination to even mention my pawnshop, it should not have anything to do with original agreement to repair [redacted].  He screwed up my [redacted] period. I am out around $400 the cost of this [redacted].Sincerely,
