Review: Dear Customer Service, I ordered a product from BP investments via the internet. The product they had advertised had the official USDA certified organic (green label) on the package. I was looking for that label because it certifies that indeed it is organic. When I got the food product it did not have the green label on it at all. The rep called me and told me I could not return it and that it was organic. The USDA label is required for a reason. The food goes through vigorous testing to obtain that official label. They tell me I cannot return the food and since I complained they changed the advertisement on the internet. I have a copy of the advertisement when I bought the product. They changed the advertisement on May 24 at 8:16 PM PACIFIC time. I would like my money back. It is against the law for them to put that label on the advertisement and then send the consumer something else. I have the proof of the advertisement and the proof of the real product. May you convince them to refund my money?thank you so much,Miss [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.Simply, that is all I ask for. Also, Because it is illegal what they had advertised, I ask more so that they refund my money. They used an official government stamp on their food to fool the consumer.I have the photos of both. I just want my money back.I allready contacted them and they tell me they do not do returns on food items but tI am returning it because it was not what was advertised. A USDA organic label on a food item is a big difference health wise.
