the first day he rode motorcycle, it rode fine. The second day he rode it, he felt that it was pulling to the right. He stated that he was going to drive motorcycle to my shop and demanded that we look at it and fix the problems as soon as he arrived. We told him that we don't recommend he ride the bike if he thought there was a problem with it. We recommended he have it transported to the shop and that we would look at it before the end of the day. We would then contact him with our findings. He wasn't satisfied with our response and said he would call us back. 15 minutes later, we received a call from his mother screaming at my employee that we had told her son to drive an unsafe bike. We told her that we in fact had told him not to ride the bike and to have it transported instead. After the conversation with his mother, we called Mr. [redacted] and let him know our driver was available and could pick up the motorcycle in 1/2 hour. He declined, stating that it wasn't a big deal and he would have a friend look at it. We explained to him that if he had someone other than Superfly Motorsports work on bike, we would not be responsible for any charges incurred.Mr. [redacted] called back on 6/24/15, very irate and yelled that he had brought motorcycle to another dealer and had bike inspected by them. The brake pads, front and rear, were at 50% and didn't need to be changed prior to delivery. The brake master cylinder was on backorder from Suzuki. Motorcycle was sold as is, with no warranty implied or promised. We have three documents signed by Mr. [redacted] acknowledging this. We at Superfly Motorsports work with our customers if a problem should arise that's not due to rider neglect or misuse. We offered to pick up the bike and inspect it based on his complaint.
