This customer brought her poodles in for grooming and instructed me to do the same haircut as last one I gave themThey had been in times priorShe had never requested that I shave clean feet on her poodles, nor did she this timeI groomed the dogs, charged her $each, she paid, and was happy when she leftAt closing time, she came in and said I had not shaved clean feet on her dogsI told her she had not requested that when she brought the girls inShe said she just expected me to do itTo make her happy, I agreed to try to get them shaved the next day, but I wasn't too sure how it would go because the dogs are not very cooperative on anything to do with their feetEspecially ***, who is very old and has panic attacksI did one of the younger ones feet and it was very difficultI told her that I was not going to do this any more on her dogs as it was too stressful on them and meEspecially the old galI wouldn't even do that todayThe customer got all upset and threatened to call the Revdex.comI told her to go ahead and do thatI am not required to do anything, especially something that I feel is not safe and even dangerousShe stormed outside and called the police and obviously made a complaint to youI do not feel I owe her a refund as I did not charge her for the shaved feet to begin withMy fee for poodles is $45, plus $for shaved feetSince she was never charged the extra $5, I should not be expected to refund it!
The reason I reject this offer is because I paid for a service to have my dogs face and paws trimmed and did not get the service completed. This is not the first time they been groomed at SuperDogs; they been there several times before. If ** Linda feels she was not going to give me the full poodle cut, she should have told me so and I would have made arrangements to take them somewhere else, but she still took my money any way and did not give me the service I ask for. I never had my poodle groomed without having their paws and faces trimmed. These are poodles, you don't cut their body and legs and leave the paws and faces just growing wild. That was not professional of her. I work hard for my money like everyone else. I was robbed by her service.

happy when she left. At closing time, she came in and said I had not shaved clean feet on her dogs. I told her she had not requested that when she brought the girls in. She said she just expected me to do it. To make her happy, I agreed to try to get them shaved the next day, but I wasn't too sure how it would go because the dogs are not very cooperative on anything to do with their feet. Especially [redacted], who is very old and has panic attacks. I did one of the younger ones feet and it was very difficult. I told her that I was not going to do this any more on her dogs as it was too stressful on them and me. Especially the old gal. I wouldn't even do that today.
