I am rejecting this response because: He's correct, he did not accept any money from me, because he discriminated against my disabilities and
refused me serviceNot only that, but continued to slander, attack, threaten my family and abuse me through email and publicly on his *** pageNot once did my initial inquiry of service lend even the slightest inclination I was harming my child and for him to continue with this lie is utterly abhorrent, disrespectful and a gross defamation of characterHe even went so far as to state he has called local police and child protective services on meI have submitted all documentation of correspondence with this company/man and one can easily see what he has said and done is entirely malignant and vicious, without any regard to the mental health of his patrons or potential clientsEverything I claim in this rebuttal is easily proven through the screenshots submittedA public apology is the absolute least he could do

Please- If you love your dog- DO NOT go to Superdog. [redacted]- the owner talks a good story until he gets you to pay him a non-refundable, large sum of money.
His training techniques can be abusive. He states he doesn't use choke or pinch collars but he does ( I agree sometimes they are necessary but not always). He openly stated to me that he frequently throws things at dogs in training.
Please Google reviews and complaint on Superdog before you consider using his services. There is a wealth of people with bad to horrible experiences out there you should read about.
I only wish I had read before I lost my money.

I am a retired law enforcement person who has been a police K-9 handler and have worked with hunting dogs all my life. We were recommended to a standard poodle breeder and selected 5-month-old “[redacted]” to assume the medical service dog duties for my wife. We also heard about David Baronand Superdog. David started the training process with [redacted] and my wife. We discovered some medical issues with [redacted] and I was not optimistic about her outcome or success as a medical service dog. Thanks to David’s positive, upbeat approach and skill as a trainer he soon overcame my doubts and [redacted] is well on her way to success in her new occupation. David Baron is an outstanding trainer of people AND dogs. [redacted]

Review: I am a 29 year old disabled veteran in Reno, NV, with various physical and mental conditions. My son also has anxiety problems, and we now homeschool him because he was vomiting and crying everyday before school for a year and a half. I wrote to [redacted], the owner of Superdog near Sacramento, CA about getting our dog trained to be a service dog for both myself and my son. I just want everyone who may be seeking assistance in service dog training for any reason, to steer clear, as this man will only make your problems and insecurities worse!This is the response I received:[redacted],All your problems are make-believe. Everyone is OCD and has Osteoarthritis. What doctors appointments, for what? Your wasting your time going down the Mental Health road. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps and do and act like normal people now. For Christ's sake, you child caught your HYSTERIA and you are making him sick. You need to act well for the sake of your child. Take medicines if you are depressed, but quit making your problem everyone else's. I feel sorry for your child, your husband and the dog. I say there is nothing wrong with you anymore and you can move on now and be happy now. Pursue your dreams, love, laugh, take pictures, relax, create something beautiful. Make yourself the life you want. Rise to the challenge of being well for your child. Again, you need to quit talking crazy or they might take away your child. That is what happens. They take the children away from crazy people so they do not harm them with their crazy act to get attention and sympathy. Read this letter over and over again.Desired Settlement: I would also like a public apology on his behalf as he is now slandering me on social media, saying he has called the police and child protective services on me, defaming my character by saying I am harming my own child, and cussing out every single person who would stand up in the defense of disabled people (yes, I have screen shots of those as well). I have attached 4 screenshots: my original inquiry to him about service dog training, his email response to me to which I did not reply, and his continued attacks on social media that I have also not commented on.

Review: Can I report a business for very rude, unethical and unprofessional behaviour? I contracted Superdog to help train my two small dogs with specific issues. They are emotional support and service dogs to me. I gave [redacted] from Superdog $1,200.00 up front for this help, but after the second meeting he not only scared my dogs into shaking submission, but then emailed me very insulting and unprofessional emails after I complained about his heavy hand in handling them. After his email below I emailed back saying I would not return and he emailed me once again with more insults. No refunds is his policy, but I am afraid to ever see him again as he has been very aggressive with other customers that have reported him on Yelp. I will not bring it up again and pretend like nothing happened. I AM trying to help you, you are not mentally ill, the dogs will get trained, and this is how it is going to be.[redacted]Superdog, Inc.Desired Settlement: I just want this complaint filed and would like him reported on Revdex.com as he states on his web site that he has never been sued before and has an A+ rating which is not true. I feel he is dangerous and does not only hurt the animals left with him, but is especially abusive to vulnerable clients. Yelp has many examples of this behaviour so it is just not enough to protect normal people believing his advertisments. I would like a refund.

Superdog, Inc. is being asked to defend against a complaint filed by a person under the care of a psychiatrist who is delusional and misrepresents the facts. The client is mad because I confronted her for exaggerating the diagnosis of her doctor after she provided us a copy of a letter from her doctor. This became necessary after we discovered this misrepresentation by her, and after she sent us numerous 'crazy' letters that were extremely lengthy and unusual.
