I was was over charged for a service that I had done at this location. I questioned the stylist and was told that this is how the computer requires that I be charged and that there was nothing that could be changed. I was charged $120 for a highlight that I had originally been quoted $70 for. I called the salon on two separate days leaving a message for the owner, each time being addressed in a rude manor by the same stylist who I originally worked with. My husband finally called the salon after not hearing from the owner after a week and happened to speak with the same stylist again. The stylist was extremely rude and even used profanity towards my husband over the phone when he simply was requesting to speak with the owner. Instead of the owner calling back to resolve the issue, the stylist called the police stating she was being harassed. I've never been treated so terribly in my life and I'll never go to this establishment again.Product_Or_Service: Half-head highlight and cutDesired SettlementI would at least like to have my bill reduced as I was charged for both a partial highlight and a half head highlight- both of these equaled more than a full head highlight, which I did not receive. My husband did not use profanity and never threatened to come to the supercuts location and was the recipient of the profanity from the stylist.[redacted] they [redacted] In the future I would advise that the business owner inform her staff that they should not quote a rate and then charge almost double without discussing with the client first. My hair is fine, straight, just past my shoulders, and can be wrapped in a pony tail less than the size of a quarter; so that does not equate to paying 120 vs 70 that was quoted to me. Obviously the staff there did not want to tell the owner that I called because they did not want to lose the money they overcharged me. I'd like this complaint resolved as I do not appreciate the treatment I received and never plan to enter a supercuts again. Final Business Response We can only go on the word of staff members, one of whom is a long term employee, was not involved but simply observed, and was herself alarmed enough to ask her husband to stay. And that your husband's anger and determination to ruin our business were conveyed even to the police officer who called him. The fact that your hair is below your shoulders makes it long enough to require the extra length (or thickness) charge. I have also since found out that the stylist had to add some additional processing to make your color come out right (I'm assuming it came out right since you tipped her and have not once mentioned that it was a poor color job). But she did not charge for the extra processing/product because it was not quoted to you in advance. Since it is pretty obvious that you will continue to create any assertions you can come up with to pick at the character of our employees until you get your $50 back, we will reluctantly work through the Revdex.com to see how to return your money without the need for you to return to our salon.
