Review: This is a bait and switch scheme. I requested a single DVD for 9.95(I think). They have since signed me up without authorization to a monthly subscription of 37.00. I did not sign up for the monthly subscription nor have I authorized the charges. There is no way to cancel on their website our delete payment information which I did not authorized to be stored. I have not accessed the subscription nor plan to. I have contacted the company via E-mail and they have not responded to my requests for a cancellation and refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the 8 months of an unauthorized subscription of 37.00 per month, which is $296.00. I want this cancelled and my payment information deleted.
