Superb Pizza

Review: I Ordered this Pizza online it looked like it had been sitting for hours it was warm as if it was reheated.There was no Sause what so ever on the pizza,So I called the place an told them the pizza had no sause an that I wanted my money back he insisted there was sause an would not allow me to have a refund only another order I just wanted my money back but I took the pizza instead because they would not give me a refund even know thats what I wanted.When the Delivery guy came back with the new pizza's he said "If we wanted more sause to just ask" But there was zero on it anyways I didnt think I would of had to ask for my first time going there.

I'm owner of superb pizza a this is my respond to this complaint: the coustomers can only order pizza over the phone we don't have a option to make an order online, our pizza is always fresh and it goes to delivery right after it's baked, we never reheated pizza. usually we put the amount of sause to the pizza what most of our coustomers prefer, if coustomer would like to be heavy or lite on the sause they just have to ask for it, it doesn't cost extra, I'm sorry but we don't do refunds, if something wrong with the order we will fixed right away, that's what we did. Thats our rules and we are not going to change them. I am apologies for this to be happen.
