I give Superb Kitchen a 2 star rating, because of the way I was treated. *** The owner has a tendency of fast taking you and does not do what he says. He always has an excuse for everything and it's always someone else fought. Once you pay your initial deposit which is about 50%, subcontractors start working, every day. Once cabinets have been installed, prior to countertops, 2nd deposit is due, which is about another 40% of total cost, which takes it to 90% of total paid. This is where the problem starts, he tells you up front once cabinets have been installed two weeks later countertops will be installed. It's not going to happen, you may get countertops 30 days later, if your lucky. After the two weeks from when countertops were installed, you call, he will give you an installation date, you wait around all day, no show, no phone call, nothing. This is when the excuses start, from countertops had a stain to its cracked, still waiting on supplies..Etc. Mind you they have been paid 90% of the total, once they receive 90% of payment they take their completing the job.
