I usually use coins at this car wash, and it comes out to around $3.75. Yesterday I used my debit card because I thought it would be easier. But to my surprise, when I checked my balance online, I was charged $10, for a 3 minute car wash! I emailed Superwash with my complaint, asking for some kind of refund, but I've yet to get a response. Before I used my card, I read the directions carefully, and there was nothing that stated there was a $10 minimum flat rate.
If he ran a credit card and pushed the stop button as the instructions say it reverts back to original amount. He was only charged $3.75. If he wants to bring in his statement and show me where the amount was billed incorrectly, I can assist.
I’m glad to hear it’s been resolved. The amount of time varies per bank and whatever their policy is. Some are instant and some take up to 72 hours. I see you have continued to visit the wash, so we thank you for your patronage. Take Care
