On February 29, 2020 around 4:47pm my sister and I had a horrible and embarrassing customer service experience while buying food at this restaurant. Someone by the name of ***, claimed she was the store manager and denied selling food to us. My sister and I had placed an order via phone and when we got there, the server *** assisted us and while explaining about the order not being found, she took another order for us. While waiting for our order, *** came over and threw our cash back by stating the following "I am not selling you anything, because I deserve the right to denied services to anyone." My sister and I reacted by asking why are you doing this to us? Her answer was "I don't like your sister's attitude and I have the final word." I asked for her Supervisor or District Manager and she refused to provided us with the requested information. I called the police department and was informed there was nothing they could do and was referred to reported to Revdex.com. While in the restaurant, another couple of Caucasians came to the cashier to order, I told them as well *** that I was first and she ignored me and took the Caucasians' order. While continuing asking *** for her District Manager's information, another man-the cook started threating me and got very close and was ready to start a fight. ***-server got in the middle and asked the man-cook to stop such behavior. My sister and I left the restaurant and while walking out, the apparently *** was laughing and mocking at us by saying, "see I told you I can sell food to whoever I wish." I called other restaurant in Morgan Hill, CA and was informed about *** not being a manager and was advise to report this incident to her superiors.

Other (requires explanation) I would like to get a public apology by the restaurant and the individual-***. In addition, I would like for the restaurant's HR Manager to proceed with the dismissal of that individual, who doesn't have any respect, ethics and professionalism towards the customer/public. My family and I had a horrible bad moment which emotionally affected us!
