Review: In April 2013 I lost 12 dollars to this laundromat. since then I have been calling them to get my money refunded. they went on to say that they had to verify I lost it. I called a second time and they confirmed it was verified but never sent my money to me. they didnt even ask for my address or phone number. I have been calling them for about a year and still cannot get my money back. they have no telephone number listed in their facility or online. they only have a number for emergencies ([redacted]) and this guy is so rude. he does not help me when I call and he hangs up on me or acts like hes never talked to me before. in the laundromat they have a mailbox where they tell you to leave a message for a refund, but there is no paper or pen to leave a complaint! the business claims to be under 24 hour surveillance but they always have drunks and bums who come into the laudromat[redacted] and cuss in front of customers. they always have washing machines that do not work. they place is always dirty no matter what time u go there, the trash is always overflowing. I never see anyone that works there come into or out of this place. it should be shut down!!! whoever runs this laundromat obviously knows NOTHING about running a business!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back. its only 12 dollars! I know they bring in more than that per trip someone makes into the laundromat. I also want to hear from someone at this business so I can tell them how horribly its ran. ultimately I just want the place shut down. the owners dont care about it and neither do i!!!
