Review: I purchases a ItalSteam iron which is has poor workmanship. After a few uses the iron will leak brown rust water (which stains clothes). The company offered me a replacement however I this is not a manufacturer defect. The product itself is inferior.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $54.05 ($49.99 plus sales tax of 8.125%)
