Super Star Car Wash

Worse car wash experience ever! I take my car on Saturday February 22,2014 at 12:44 pm paid $146.95 dlls for a full detail car wash was told I was going to be ready in 3 hours. I go back to pick my car at 4:16 pm no one has started to work on my car. I see an employee near my car and ask him about it. he told me there machines had broke down and just got back up ones. They did not bother to call me and let me know it was going to be longer to pick up my car. The manager walks up to us as we are talking tells me "give me half an hour and it will be ready" I wait for 1 more hour they just started to work on my car. Advised manager to leave my car how it was and give me my money back. Manager said "ok" did not bother to ask what was the problem or apologize for his incontinence! and walks out to get my car. comes back inside and in the rudest way tells one of the employees there in spanish "ah esa, dale las llaves a esa" like if I was some kind of animal and walks away! he has no way with his clients! he is the rudest person there! I will never go to any star car wash again and I will make sure no one else does! they have the worse customer service!
