We received the complain letter on July 21st, 2017, the postal stamp on the letter is July 18th, 2017.   [redacted] (the buyer), and [redacted], (the seller) went to the city of Hesperia to register the business, Super Spa. Now, we like to explain for the complain from the customer. ...

  1. Super Spa has transferred to different business owners since it was set up. This time, [redacted] became its owner from [redacted]. The customer bought the consumption card in April 2015, on it, there is only the Chinese signature [redacted], no full name or English name on it. And we don’t know whose signature it is, the seller [redacted] does not know the signature, we have no information of this signature [redacted]. 2. The consumption card signed by [redacted] does not contain a due date or the full English name, and this is not the normal case. We doubt that the person [redacted] cheated the customer. 3. As for the refund raised by the customer, from the point of view of humanity of this company, we like to refund the customer for the person [redacted].
