website there is also an inclement weather policy where all inflatable rentals can get a full refund in case there's bad weather on the day of their event. Our website very clearly stated that this policy was for inflatable rentals, as it repeated the word inflatables throughout the policy and at no point did it mention Photo Booths. When we spoke on the phone I explained to the customer that our inflatable policy was very different from our Photo Booth rental policy. As I explained it to her, Photo Booths have a different cancellation policy since they are in very high demand, and unlike inflatables they are usually reserved 30+ days ahead of time (for weddings, sweet 16s, & other gala events), which means that once we book a customer 30+ days ahead of time we are then turning down every single customer that requests that date for the remaining of the 30+ days. This is why our rental policy for Photo Booths states that a customer must cancel within 7 days after the completion of their deposit in order to have a full refund.When we spoke to our customer on the phone we came to what we both thought would be a fair agreement; we would give our customer a 50% refund; the customer and I ended in good terms as she told me she agreed to the 50% refund because she understood I had lost business (since I had to turn-down other customer requests for her Saturday date). However, above all, Super Partyland is committed to offering a superior customer experience and service.
