Super Parrots

I placed an order with them, my credit card was promptly charged, and I never heard or received anything since. The company does not respond to email, or a voice message. Looks like a fraudulent merchant, stay away. The web site is hosted by A2 Hosting in Ann Arbor, MI so I will contact them to see if they remove fraud sites.

Review: Ordered an item (Bamboo Swing). Contacted Super Parrots several times, via email and phone, to return, exchange or get a refund. They have been completely unresponsive despite their claim on the contact page of their website:"[redacted] prides itself on customer service. If you have any questions about a purchase, return or any issue please do not hesitate to contact us by filling out the contact form below. "Desired Settlement: No settlement required. Amount in dispute is negligible. It just stinks that they completely ignored my repeated requests.
