Good afternoon, thank you for the opportunity to respond the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted]’s complaint is Super Park did not fill his order as requested. house and requested Mr. [redacted]’s request form be forwarded to our office for review.   Attached is the Revdex.com Complaint, Mr. [redacted]’s letter clarifying what his order should be and the request form, from Mr. [redacted].   According to the documents attached, Mr. [redacted]’s order was filled by his request. We did not have another request from Mr. [redacted] for the additional coupons, if this can be forwarded to our office we can certainly expedite that order.     Regarding the expiration date, we have not received our updated coupons, however; Mr. [redacted] can hold and use the coupons after the expiration date via this email.   In closing, I certainly apologize for any misunderstanding on our part and hope that this can resolve this issue.   Sincerely,   [redacted] General Manager
