Super Keto Burn

I purchased this product online Sunday 12/16/19. I called "Super Keto Burn" back on Tuesday 12/17/19 to cancel my order with employees Airel, Patrick, & Shawnie. They all offered me multiple discounts if I'd agree to keep their product. Employee Tracy finally agreed to cancel my order. However, approximately 2 weeks later I received a package in the mail from "Super Keto Burn." I notified both "Super Keto Burn" customer service representatives Bryan & Brandon that I was returning the package unopened which I did. My receipt from the US POSTAL SERVICE clearly shows that on 1/3/2020 an employee or agent for "Super Keto Burn" received the unopened package back from me. After unsuccessfully attempting to resolve this myself with their customer service representatives Brandon, Kelly, Patrick, and Lita. I finally asked my bank to help me by stepping in. They told me that this issue would be handled within 30 days from the time I first filed the complaint with them. On 2/28/2020, I was notified from my bank that my claim was denied because I didn't follow "Super Keto Burn's" proper return policy. Please note that this is now 2 1/2 months since my original request to cancel this order which I did by the phone with their customer service representative Tracy. This was news to me as this was the first time I'd ever heard or seen of anything about there return policy. According to the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs staff member Amanda this is clearly a form of defrauding the consumer. If I don't have their product and they still have my money where is the fair and honesty in the workplace? How can this company be held accountable for there actions? Who'll be the next innocent victim? I am only one of thousands of different customers they deal with daily. How many other past customers has "Super Keto Burn" taken advantage of in the past? This company is without a doubt stealing from the consumer. I am a senior citizen and in poor health plus on a limited income.
