Review: I signed up for a 30 day trial subscription with this company on June 30 of this year. Beginning July 23, I have repeatedly sent emails and attempted to contact them by phone to request cancellation. They have ignored all emails and when I try to call, there is never an answer. I've left multiple voicemails, but have not received any return calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my subscription fee of $19.95 per month charged on both 7/31 and 8/29 refunded to me, and to have confirmation they have cancelled my subscription and will not charge my credit card again in future.
