Super Glue Corporation

I have used Super glue way to many times but when I do it has worked. I used to by the packs of small tubes to avoid waste since once they are opened they don't last long in a liquid state even with a secure cap, at least that is what I found. So recently I saw a larger but more secure container, .14oz twin pack which I purchased. I truly don't know how long I have had it, perhaps a year or more but when I needed to use it, in my dismay I got nothing, observing while squeezing I realized it was solid. I looked at the other and it too was hard as a rock. Just thought you should know. And by the way I never had any of the tiny .07oz 12 packs go dry when freshly opened?

return the package back to us and the customer did not email us to say he did not receive the package (understandable, as the replacement product took longer than it should have to be sent out). We did not know it was not received. An email will be sent out to get a correct mailing address from the customer.

Replied to business' email confirming the address as it was given. I've received over five hundred USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL packages to the same address and provided USPS address verification that matches the information that was originally given.
Given the business' previous record, I will keep this complaint open until the replacement product is in my hands.
