Super Elegant Nails

This dirty, disgusting, and dank nail shop needs to be shut down, the manager and employees are unprofessional and rude and don't know how to correctly apply a full set of nails or do a proper manicure without cutting the customers finger and making it bleedI plan to follow up with DC's health department to look into this place, stay away at all costs if you want to keep your fingers and toes!!!!
