Review: A motorcycle was taken in on Tuesday April 22, 2014 and dropped off for 2 tires and inspection. The agreed date for pickup with [redacted] was Friday April 25 2014. I was held on a mandated shift at a maximum security prison. I contacted the shop to see if the bike was finished. I was told it was and I could pick it up anytime. I arranged for Tuesday April 29 2014. I contacted the shop and was notified that the bike was not finished after being told Friday that it was finished. I lost $250 in wages taking a day off to pick up the bike and arrange for a ride. The bike was not finished until today 4/30/14. I also lost wages $300 today to take another day off of work. The owner and wife [redacted] lied and said she never agreed the bike would be finished on Friday. The point is moot because the bike was finished 5 days late.Desired Settlement: $200 Refund for lost wages due to negligence and incompetence.
