Work was not preformed as written out in contractexample " company will demolish and remove existing concrete".This never was even started, the company just resurfaced and painted the old concretethis work looks very poor and is dangerous because its is now very slippery ! I have tried several times to contact the main office but no one will call back

We hired Super Builders to do a remodel of our home and their service has been extremely lacking in professionalism and satisfaction we have had major problems with damage to materials that were paid for and installed by them due to lack of protection (installed brand new flooring and then didn't protect it when they brought in the new kitchen cabinets - gouged and scratched floors ) Kitchen remodel has been filled with unsatisfactory cabinets , installation and timeline and performance - They have removed previous supervisor and still have not met timeline or desired results even after repeated meetings with the main boss and new deadlines were promised by them, and they still missed them Extremely poor communication about ordering materials and then expecting us to provide it Installation has been extremely poor and sub contractors are misinformed and confrontational Housing surfaces were left uncovered, nail beds were left on the stairs after carpet removal -

I hired Super Builders to replace the windows at the backside of our houseIt was a completely painless processSuper Builders team handled all the of the permits and window manufacturingThe quality of the work is evident in the fact that my back room is quieter and warmer

This company was so ridiculously bad that we had to hire a 3rd party contractor to fix their work and deduct it from their original contract priceBeware if you hire this company all you will get is umpteen lies, lazy workers who show up at noon and leave by 2pm (if you are lucky they show up at all) and terribly unprofessional workmanshipContracted them for a $17,remodel of kitchen and family roomListed below is everything that they were to do as per contract and next to it have listed the quality of workRecessed lighting in living room and dining room- electrical was glitchy and lights wouldn't turn completely off when front porch light was onFour reworks of ceiling and couldn't come remotely close to rematching the ceilingWood floor in family room- dullest blade of saw used so cuts were jagged and misaligned at edgesCut wood floor AROUND toilet bowl instead of taking toilet off so flooring could run seamlessly under potBaseboards and trim around door frames- so bad that a year old with an x-acto knife would do a better jobSanding and repainting kitchen cabinets- tried to get away with not sanding cabinets at all and quickly running a coat of paint over all the dings and scratches of old peeling cabinetsDidn't take any liners off cabinet shelves and painted over all the linersInstalled new door knobs we ordered so none of them are at the same level as the otherNew quartz counter- wavy cuts to edgesLooks like super drunk dude had a go at it with an electric sawThe salesmen on the first day woo you and do a good job establishing great comrade roe with youHowever once you sign with them, say goodbye to any proper communicationThe foreman is a liar and lazy as can be! The only thing they did right was admitting the work was beyond sub-par and allowing us to hire a 3rd party contractor and deducting the cost from their original contract
