Review: As you know form my information I am not from the same state as the referenced store. An employee of this store did not do a proper credit check when opening a credit card and allowed a card on my name with the wrong SSN to go through. I have already reported this to Best Buy corporate and the FTC. How does a credit card get opened without a credit report to reference?Desired Settlement: If this somehow comes back on my credit score, I would like to have it taken off. I have been working hard to improve my already pretty good credit.

Review: I bought a [redacted] 42" television, in which the sales Rep said its a "new model". After 2 months of date of purchase the product broke down and no power was getting to the TV. " [redacted]" as they are called. Offers a 1 year guarantee from the manufacturer. What I didn't know was that the television was an out dated one, which the sales rep failed to explain. The [redacted] said to me NO REPLACEMENT parts are currently made for this TV, and the repair shop reffered by [redacted] called [redacted] did not want to take the TV because it had no repair solution.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to at least give me in store credit. For the inconvenience they have cuased me.
