Hello my name is [redacted] and Iam this Property Manager at this hotel facilitytam responding to a complaint from [redacted] ID [redacted] on 10/doapologize for all the inconvenience that he had to go Through at this facilityIdid take alook at the account and no credit card was charged on the account and the first night hedid pay in full for the stay which was for nightsThe following day he did checkout a day early and we refunded in cashIam not sure where the theguest is trying to dispute because we have no record that the card was ever chargedand all transaction was done in cashIdo apologize for my employee [redacted] for beingrude and Ihave already taken care of that issue she is no longer employed at this hotel.As for as the bug problems we do have the DM Pest Control come out every two weeksto spray the roomsIdo have the folio attach of the amount stay and the refund amountif you have any questions feel free to call me at [redacted]
