Review: HI,I'M A WYNDHAM REWARDS CUSTOMER AND ALSO AN AAA CUSTOMER.I REALLY LIKE THIS FACILITY.I WALKED IN AT ABOUT 5:30 A.M. DUE TO HEAT ISSUES AT MY HOME AND CHECK IN. THE HEAT ISSUES WERE RESOLVED AT MY HOME AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS.I DID NOT STAY OVERNITE AT THIS FACILITY SO, WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY?CORDIALLY, ANNADesired Settlement: I REALLY LIKE THESE PEOPLE AND, I HOPE THEY DO THE RIGHT THING AND ISSUE ME A REFUND, PROMPTLY? I DID NOT STAY OVERNIGHT AND LEFT PROMPTLY. THANK YOU AGAIN.

This guest arrived in the morning for a stay at this hotel, when she spoke to me on the 6th; I gave her a discount of $10.00 right away. I am not sure what else she would want us to do; since she was here for a few hours, it is considered a sold room. Do you have any further thoughts for me? Let me know how I need to proceed.
