Review: Room had musty smell. Bigger issue was we were charged an extra $121.10 for a night we neither booked nor stayed. On 6/** we booked online for a two night stay at the [redacted] hotel from 9/**-9/**-conf #[redacted]. Unfortunately we had to leave on 9/** at approximately 7:30-8:00pm due to an orbital fracture sustained by our son and we not able to stay the night of 9/**. When we checked out I asked the desk employee-Caitlin-if we could get a refund for the night we did not stay and a copy of our receipt. I was told that because we made the reservation online the hotel could not give us a refund and she was unable to printout a receipt. I then received an email yesterday with an invoice that overbilled us. The invoice total was $408.15 and stated we arrived on 9/** and departed on 9/**-which is not correct. We left the night of 9/**. I had to call the hotel yesterday-spoke with Kate-and request a refund. Strange how we are now able to get a refund from the hotel when on 9/** we were told that we could not get any refund because of booking the reservation online. We also want to know since we "prepaid" in advance for this reservation how come our credit card was charged after we left and for an extra night? We plan on making a complaint to the Revdex.com for being overbilled. There was also no concern for the reason we had to leave early on 9/**.Desired Settlement: Refund of over billing and refund for unused night of 9/**/15
