Super 8 Motel - Pueblo

Stayed a night and after our check out I get a call from the so called manager on duty. The manager explains that we smoked in the hotel room and that she charged my credit card a extra 100.00. I immediately stated no we didn't smoke in the room. She said if I wanted to check out the room with her I could. So I did along side a friend. The maid who cleaned our room stated we had smoked in the room Cuz she smelled it on our sheets. Funny thing is was the bed had ready been stripped of all bedding. The maid was very aggressive with words and her physical demeanor. All she could say is you got caught. The manager just stood their while her employee raised her hands and voice at me. I did smoke in a empty vacant dirt lot away from their motel since I don't smoke in my own home. I was wrongfully charged on my credit card 100.00 that I did not authorize. I proceeded to write a email which no one from the company replied. I then wentto the motel website where I was directed a corporate number which was invalid. I called the customer service number of which then was told it was corporate. The lady informed me that they don't deal with that there and to go back to the motel to dispute. I'd never step foot back into that motel which I felt very discriminated against. So basically I feel I was accused with no proof and charged without authorization. I am in the military community and would never recommend Super 8 motel, I've had better service at a fast food place. They have horrible people working for them in the motel rooms and also behind scenes. So basically I have to pay 100.00 for someone to accuse me of something I never did in the motel. Worse company ever, along with the employees!!!!
