Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am upset that they continue to lie and still refuse to refund me for my not willing to sleep in other peoples bodily fluids, that I expected clean sanitary bedding. I had 2 other adults with me present at the front desk upon checking out and they are willing to submit statements if required. Front desk did not apologize for the issue of the soiled bed linens, he apologized that he could not cancel the charges or provide a refund. There were 2 witnesses present.If they have a special chemical from [redacted] to remove the stains why did they not use it? Sounds questionable saying that they always wash bedding but stains sometimes stay yet they have a special chemical to remove them? Questionable condradictory statement.Front desk clerk did not offer a king size bed, he offered only 3 other rooms all with dirty bed linens. Again there were two witnesses present.They keep stating that they offered nice and quiet rooms, however we were looking for clean and sanitary beds to sleep in. This was not offered. We were only offered 3 other rooms with filthy unwashed bed linens.I did send e-mails to head office for a refund but no response was ever received. I did not contact Super8 in Lloydminster and threaten them. I only ever called the one time (the very next morning November 25th) and left a message for the manager to call me back. She never has.
