I am rejecting this response because:     I booked my room in advance. I knew how much I could afford to spend when I planned my trip down there. I paid my booked price when I arrived at Super 8 Motel, which was $114.00 for two nights. It didn't say I would have to give the manager an additional $100 for cleaning my room. The room was no different then when the housekeeper cleaned it the day before. The bed needed to be made and normal cleaning but nothing unusual.      I  had a friend that came with me that will witness that I didn't have my dog with me. There was also a motel repairman that came to the room the first night to repair the bathroom light that didn't work. He was there for at least thirty minutes. I believe his name was [redacted].      I won't accept half of what he owes me! Like I said, the money is important but the fact that he is lying is more important! I haven't went to the police yet, but I'm thinking seriously about going and letting them trace who used my credit/debit card to pay their AT&T bill. Respectfully,[redacted]

had 2 rooms with [redacted] and [redacted] and when I called to cancel the rooms they asked me about the last 4 digits of my card and said that it was taken care of .  They didn't charge for [redacted] but did for [redacted]. Since they asked about the four last digits they made me think that both of the rooms would be cancelled. If they could at least give me credit towards  a future visit Anywhere I  would take it. It's better than just loosing my money.Regards,

This reservation was on the weekend when Biloxi was hosting scraping the coast everyone that came  to Biloxi are aware of loud  trucks and lots of young  people that are drinking and being loud upon guest complain she was offered another room but she declined the head housekeeper went...

to that room and found nothing wrong, as the reservation was a third party the reservation was no cancellation and no refund in spite we gave her refund for one night.

I am sorry that the guest rejected my response ,but my response stays

I refunded the full amount. will take 2 to 5 days to go back in their credit card

I am rejecting this response because:  they are charging me for a room  I made one reservation with two rooms and when I called they asked for the last 4 numbers of my card and told me that everything would be taken care of.  All I want is  a refund so that I can pay off my credit card which they charged. If that is not possible then a credit so that I can be able to use it in the future. Thanks
