Review: booked a room using the [redacted] rewards website. got a reduced rate because I booked so far in advance. no cancellation allowed, room must be paid for immediately. it was paid for using a credit card. got to the hotel fri. night, and the person at the front desk asked for a credit card. claimed card wasnt charged. swiped my card as I felt I had no choice. manager came. says card not charged even though he admits prepaid room no cancellation. called [redacted] they agree room was paid for. manager spoke to [redacted] claims they dont know what they are talking about and neither do I. then he tells me that since I already had a problem with the hotel, he wouldnt let me stay there, even though it was 10 degrees outside, and I was 4 hours from home.Desired Settlement: wwant the money I paid for both rooms returned to me.
