I am sorry, but *** was the person who was going to be the guestI am the one who actually filed the complaint and attempted to get resolved with *** at Super and with Wyndham customer careWyndham stated that it was ***'s decision to not refund the money even though the two rooms offered that night were unacceptable due to filthI began my discussion with *** to give him the opportunity to make an apologyHe was the first person to raise his voice and tell me the discussion was over in a very dismissive and rude wayI did not threaten to harm him but I would like to meet with him on my next trip to Ft Worth to see why he feels he can treat me or my family members in such a disrespectful wayThe discussion did become heated when *** refused to accept responsibility for the filthy rooms he attempted to provide my daughter to stay in. Again the first room had a dirty toilet, food left in the microwave, partially eaten, the peep hole for the door was broken and had cotton stuffed insideThe second room had such a strong foul odor of unknown origin, she could not stand insideAfter trying to clear things up for over an hour, *** gave my daughter a look of anger, got into a car and waited for the rest of his group to come out and he left. I have no need to harm *** as I do not lower my standards for such action

*** *** The manager is lying!! I am disabled & have to utilize a walkerI arrived & requested a room with special features for the handicappedI was assured that one was available for meIf I had been in a wheelchair, I would not have been able to access the room..it was very difficult on a walker..it was the individuals at the front desk who were rude when I confronted them about the misrepresentation & that I DID NOT receive a special room for the handicapped!! I want my money refunded to me!! Their service was terrible & the reservation was misrepresented & I DID NOT receive what I requested & paid for to stay there!!
