Dear [redacted] , I have attached a copy of our most recent advertisement to run on June 11th in the Penny SaverUnder the Aluminum pricing it clearly states that prices are quoted over poundsMr [redacted] brought in only pounds which subjected him to an alternate price scale All prices are given to the customer in our yard at the time of purchase in writingIf they agree with the price, and choose to sell to us, they redeem their weight ticket at the cashier's windowIf they do not agree with the purchase price, they may recover their items to sell elsewhere Today, pounds of Clean MLC Aluminum would go for $per poundBased on volume, more weight could bring in prices of up to $per pound While the customer maybe confused and/or unhappy, Sunwest Metals Incorporated did not cheat him Regards,
